Biggest problem with Digikey and Mouser is that it will cost you $10 in shipping for a $0.10 diode. The Source does carry some electronics stuff, but not much. Looks like the only diodes they have don't meet your spec.

$8.75 total, hardly worth the gas, time, and wear and tear to warm up the vehicle and drive anywhere when they'll drop it on your doorstep. If this was a business at $100/hr the time/dollars expended wouldn't be justified for a pickup. Exactly the reason Amazon is making a killing.
