Inflated sale? lol It's business 101. A business will sell for what it is worth. Usually 2-3 years to pay it off.
Like posted the other day lots of WT tags for under $10K. A WT hunt sells for $5500-$7K US a hunt. I would say that is not inflated prices do you?
Do you expect them to sell a business for less?
The issue is most people don't have money saved up for a down payment.
