Love our Ion! Easy to keep battery from getting too cold with an insulated lunch bag and a hand warmer. Instant on, no fumes, lots of holes. Awesome customer service when the charger had a broken LED out of the box. New charger sent immediately and keep the old one (just can't tell when it's finished a charge cycle)
