Oh ok Makes sense... those flip overs are heavy and made for run and gun fishing and to be towed around with a quad or sled. Did you pick up the 949 new or used? I Would think that with a receipt or some kind of proof of when it was purchased they would warranty it. Without that I can understand them not being able to do anything about it.
