Check the local Walmarts and Canadian Tire Stores. P&D Enterprises and Wholesale Sports will have your ammo if Walmart and CT don't. Probably won't be cheap, if you want cheap ammo get a 22LR and get closer to your target. For a scope I would recomend at the minimum a really good 3X9. If you plan on shooting gophers you might want something stronger, gophers get pretty small at 200 yards even on 9 power. Just my opinion of course.
