^ I haven't seen, but heard and read about people taking out a deer at 150+ out of a 20 ga. gun (rifled, I would assume), but definitely would not or advise anyone to attempt to do so.
Edit: I just think the probability of wounding an animal is far too great at those distances to make a shot. Maybe I am just a bad shot
