Well, it was a beautiful day to walk the river. Water was still clear but high. We only caught a few 14 inches. However, there was a hog of a cutthroat in one hole that was about 5 pounds. We tried everything and though he was an active riser, not a nibble. He haunted and taunted us.....everytime he rolled he displayed the most beautiful colouring i've ever seen on a cuttie. I won't forget that fish.
