Used one eigth cable eighteen to twenty inch loop twenty inches from bottom of loop to hard pack
friend of mine is useing one sixteenth with stingers no water head no chew outs he is very good at snareing wolves going to give his method a try. I got my first chew out last check any input to improve would be mutch appreciated

I've always used 1/8 with a camlock. No BAD or Stinger. Never had any chewouts with 1/8. Looks like you are doing well with your method. The less you educate them with chewouts of course the better. Keep up the good work!
