Not fearmongering but....
Do not drive in Cuba.If you get into an accident there will have to be an investigation even if you are 100% not at fault and you will not be allowed to leave Cuba until that investigation is over and done.I remember reading in the herald about a guy from Calgary who got in a car accident and he was stuck there for 3 months.
