I could be wrong, but I think the OP was thinking of a form the
landowner could use if he or she wanted to get info important to them. Not a form that a hunter would have. Of course some landowners want more or less info than others. I asked the owner of some land I hunt on if he wanted me to check and keep track of who comes on the land when I'm there. His response was "aw, that's OK. The ungulates need thinning out. I'm not too worried about who does it". LOL That explains the 27 other guys hunting there when I'm there. LOL
