If you've never been then you really should go just to say that you have. I hate the place and avoid it at all costs. With the price of oil down and not as much disposable income around the crowds may have thinned out and it could be tolerable now.
Kids will like the water park, if you are going, amusement park and dolphin/penguin show if they still have it.
Turn your Wife loose to shop and pig out in the food court or on Bourbon Street.....lol!
