so 2.8 moa drop at 300 yards if your zero is at 100 so if you sighted in 4 moa high you would be 1.2 moa (3.6") above your point of aim at 300 then assuming your rifle shoots a 1 moa group at 100 there is a chance the round could hit up to 6.6" above point of aim at 300.

so it's not really accurate but it "could" be close.
My flattest shooting rifles are my 7mm stw rifles. Sighted in 2-3/4" high at 100 yards, the 140gr Accubond launched at 3500fps impact around 1/2" to 1" high at 300 yards. If I raised the point of impact to 4" high at 100 yards, the point of impact at 300 yards would be around 4"to4.5" high. I am unaware of any factory cartridge that would shoot flat enough to provide a point of impact 7" high at 300 yards, when sighted in 4" high at 100 yards.
