Just run with 120s. The key is bait placement. Get that trap in the back of the box by the bait making that fisher crawl in and try to grab the bait with his mouth. If he can reach in with a paw to grab the bait out of your box then you will get him by the leg and he will pull out of a 120.
I found when I target Fisher I can catch everything but them lol. They will find your marten and lynx sets. The 3 I got last year were all in 330s in lynx cubbies. You don't want too many either as once you hit your quota you have to pull most other sets to avoid them. Couple of years ago I hit my fisher quota on both lines I trap all in 120s set for marten. Sucked cause that was it for marten trapping that year.
