I watched,listened, and when the customer went over to the shell rack to grab some, I stopped him and set him straight. Walked back to the counter with the guy, he confronted the sales guy who maintained the gun was 3 1/2 inch. Finally got the guy to read the barrel. Customer walked out with no gun, as did I
