If I had thought about it, I should have realized it ought to be possible. We did use snares to catch Fisher before Coni's were invented.
Still, I am way impressed. No one I know has ever snared a Wolverine and I know quiet a few people who have caught a lot more Wolverine then I have.

Snaring them is the way to go cause they get pretty trap smart but I find you have to hang em from a running pole, kinda like a giant squirell set
