Here is one of the other videos I was talking about!! See how it looks like when lake trout bite your bait, follow and how they fight underwater. It shows how a lake trout reacts to different speeds. We were trolling for lake trout using a variety of baits including bondy baits, divers and Flatfish T60. This was all shot during June of 2019. Thank you for watching !!

Curious on the rig you used to film that clip and depth it was filmed?

I always found that if you make some turns shut your motor off to neutral click it back in gear they hit after these movements cool video

Bang on. They love to follow and hit when you bump it back in gear. Been on lakes where no boys are catching and I’ve hammered them by kicking the boat in and out of gear to trigger the strike.

Just a water wolf camera with the original mount. On the crank bait, I had a 3 oz weight in front of the water wolf camera to get it down a bit deeper. On the second last fish (flatfish T60) I had a special trolling mount however it restricted the trolling depth, so I stopped using it. But ya lake trout love changes and erraticness. I always change speeds and direction and it seems to work better than constant trolling.
