Will these be added to the certified list?

Comparison of the MB-550 to the Alpha
Both need to be 4 coiled by my way of thinking, and Alpha the winner. It has its drawbacks but looks to be an otherwise ok unit, at least compared to what i was raised on https://hosting.photobucket.com/imag...720&fit=bounds https://hosting.photobucket.com/imag...720&fit=bounds https://hosting.photobucket.com/imag...720&fit=bounds |
I like.
But I wonder, is that pan pivot bolt stainless steel? |
I didn’t look at it today, but looking at the one photo close suggests that we are looking at a self locking nut, so I doubt it. I don’t know of a single trap that has a stainless bolt. But a guy could sure change it out, especially if you could find a fine thread stainless bolt and fine thread self locking nut.

I only ask because some of my older traps, long since made illegal traps, have brass pan bolts, so they won't rust up and seize. Some of my traps are over eighty years old and still work as they were intended to. |
BTW I buy my stainless steel fasteners from Albany County Fasteners in New Jersey.
They have just about any size and type of fastener anyone might want in any material one might use. And they'll sell them in guaranties down to 25 per order. And they do sell stainless steel lock nuts in sizes from #4 to 1" |
