Rimbey Area theft today. Heads Up.

This was posted 3 hours ago on facebook. Thought I would post it here because someone might recognise the lowlife that stole this truck. He's armed too so that is a big concern.

Will keep an eye out....scum

Scary looking dude. Did he have a sawed off shottie? Wouldn't feel bad if he got some pitbull stuck to his back side. Or worse.

Guy will get caught with the help of the camera footage. 6,000 shares and counting on face book. Everyone should have at least a couple cams.

Bad boy gonna do time!

He looked right into the camera!

He will be caught!

That's what I thought but the barrel looks a little skinny but hard to tell, and just judging by his overall demeanor probably safe to say he's high on meth or otherwise. This is the sort of stuff that makes you take the police's advice for not confronting criminals with a real grain of salt.

So what'll happen if he's caught.

That's a pretty distinctive outfit... black and white fox racing pants you can spot from 2000 yards. LOL

skidderman 01-16-2017 05:10 PM

Pretty gutsy. Looks right into the camera. I very much hope he gets caught. Question: Were the keys in the truck? If not is it that easy? Scary if it is.

does it ALL outdoors 01-16-2017 05:26 PM

A former employer had 4 or 5 pics and video of scumbags that kept breaking into employees vehicles while we were out of town. Cops kept telling him pics and video proof aren't good for much as they weren't going to put them on the 6'oclock news. Sad but true. I kept telling him he needed some big rotties

59whiskers 01-16-2017 09:28 PM

That guy will probably end up killing someone before he gets caught.

I_forget 01-16-2017 09:55 PM

Serious question. If he's caught will his sentence include jail time? What have previous convicted theifs received

Completely depends, does he have priors (most likely)? what will he be charged with?

9/10 these guys are well known to cops, but it's a matter of catching them. These guys are "smart" and know the game. It's the judicial system that's screwed.

That guy is carrying a shotgun and we aren't allowed to defend our homes with guns. I hope he becomes part of a case that sets a precedent for home defense.

As an aside, I've long thought of putting an identifying marking on the roof of my vehicles. But years ago only semi-drivers would have seen it. Today things are different.

If by chance there was a high mounted camera, helicopter or something overhead it would really stand out since no one does this that I know of. Now with drones and more cameras the value of the idea might be improving.

Anyway, low jack or some wireless security might pay off.

You are allowed any means necessary to protect your life or your family's life any time and any where. I'm not saying you don't but more people need to know their rights, what the law states and everything the police don't want you to know about the law and or justice system. Your right to life overrides any law made.

How many times have you been forced to lock and load inside your house?

Just curious.
