Felt falling off boots

Anyone have any luck finding barge cenment in Edmonton, to reglue the felt on the waiting boot? Never tried gorilla glue but hear it expands, does it stay plyable?

Tandy Leather in Edmonton will have barge cement, but I think contact cement would work about the same.

I had better luck with GOOP marine.
This worked better than the barge cement that came with new felts from TFO
