Art for the Walls

Looking at getting some new art for the walls. Big fan of wildlife prints obviously. I usually don't stray to far from the ducks unlimited artists but who is everyones favourite artist. Personally a big fan of Daniel Smith

I have a few originals from N.J. Bott, really like his stuff. Also a Lisa Kozokowsky called 'When Buffalo go to Heaven' that the Stampede commissioned for their 100th and displayed. A Huntlee Brown print 'East of Blairmore' which I really love. I also have a really nice little oil of Great Slave Lake by Rod Charlesworth that is amazing. I used to be in to Robert Bateman stuff, but over the years lost interest in his style, although I did enjoy his gallery in Victoria.

Wildlife artists that I really like include:
Luke Frazier
Kyle Sims
Ned Aldrich
Ryan Kirby
Tom Mansanarez
Daniel Smith is very good too - as is his son Adam.

I am my own favourite artist!
If your not just talking paintings I like Duane Rosenkranz's photos.

Don't know a lot about wildlife prints... I do like what my wife got me. I need to build a light box and get some decent pictures of that. :)

Art

Prints "look nice" but I prefer origional art. I ain't got much because I'm a poor man, if you look around when you travel etc. You can find stuff that really speaks to you.

leon parsons stuff ...all great but mostly his "no tell'um ridge" series...worth a goggle if you haven't seen his works...chain

Holy smokes seems like I have a ton of artists to sift through everybody had their own favourite. I guess that speaks to the amount of artists that put up some quality work

I have a few favorites, which include Nancy Glazier, especially her elk paintings.
I also enjoy Dave Wade's wildlife art and of course for the old west Charlie Russel can't be beat although some of Fredric Remington's work was great too.

Holy smokes you hit the nail on the head with Nancy Glazier. Who doesn't love a good elk where you can see its breath.
