Archery shops open tomorrow?

Is there any good archery shops open tomorrow that can help me time my rest? I can't seem to get it timed properly as I'm getting fletching contact

In Edmonton.

I would say you are probably out of luck on that! Jimbows is closed for long weekend. You could always check trophy book out in spruce grove, or Accurate archery in Alberta beach, don't think any would be open, but you might get lucky?

What rest is it? Jimbows is closed tomorrow.

QAD. In trying to tune it I made it worse. Are the lines supposed to be even while at full draw or passed each other?

Past each other. Even is the point where inertia will drive it down, mine are always past each other just prior to full draw.

I'll keep working on it. Should figure it out. Just don't have much time left before my hunt and wanted to see a pro shop tomorrow. I should get it.

Spent all day trying to time my rest yesterday. For the life of me couldn't stop the fletching contact with the rest. I did find my answer tho. Shooting cock vane down fixed that issue. Also tightened my groups substantially. To the point where I had three arrows touching at 60 yards and well, now I'm down an arrow.

That's great to hear.
Must be satisfying results. Never tried index vane down but makes sense with the v shape the arrow sits on.
I noticed I was getting some contact and just had to make the rest drop a little further. Different rest though

Ya I tried moving the rest itself further down towards the shelf and further up. Tried moving the cord up and down to get the timing right. Just wouldn't happen. So I turned the arrow and voila.

I spoke too soon. Left the range last night feelin good. Today at the range everything way off. Fish tailing everywhere. Questioning my form as well as set up.

Unfortunately live in cold lake. Jimbows is bit of a drive. There's a shop in Glendon called Poachers Corner that I'm gonna hit up next Saturday if I can't sort it out on my own in the next week.

Go see Neil at "Lost Arrow Archery" in Lloydminster, but he will probably try to sell you a Whisker Biscuit :) .
