Was at the Edmonton Fish & Wildlife office yesterday & they don't have any yet , maybe some changes to add & they said there's a delay in everything . ?

They always seem to be late but if you watch this link http://www.albertaregulations.ca/ you’ll get to see them before they hit the offices.
