Eagle lake open to ice fishing,or should i say half open,burbot and perk ok walleye and pike no,sat pass big crowd doing the hook and release thing,letting go those 50 cm walleye and big pike.yaaaaa right.In ont you keep the walleye under 50cm,and the big spawners are released,allowed one,keeping in mind that the,50 plus are 15-20 yrs old and supply a hugh number of eggs,Is eagle lake now a poachers paridise??????

Might be best to post this in the general fishing section, since some of us fly guys don’t hard water fish. You might have more responses and help spread better awareness?
