I dont think i could drink a dozen beer in 8 minutes, ill stick to my way.

The Great Outdoors 02-22-2011 12:45 PM

Thats very impressive!

chopperman 02-22-2011 01:22 PM

Now that's cool, not sure if I could get it to 8 mins without gaffing or slicing a part of my body off but there are some neat cuts to learn for sure...

ccmckee 02-22-2011 02:50 PM

That's awesome! It's usually about a 3 hr job for me skin, debone and cut and wrap!

gramps73 02-22-2011 04:53 PM

Looks like this guy knows his stuff, he has taken my least favourite thing and made it easy...
too cool

dbcooper 02-22-2011 08:03 PM

Whats really cool about this video is he does not need to sharpen his knife a dozen times. After all that cutting he still has an edge to trim up that loin.

Good video

goober 02-22-2011 08:12 PM

Impressive!!

pikergolf 02-22-2011 08:47 PM

My fingers are still twitching.

glen1971 02-22-2011 08:49 PM

Didn't see any beer but I think that is why he has all his fingers! Really impressive...

Cowtown guy 02-22-2011 09:31 PM

That is crazy!

st99 02-22-2011 09:36 PM

blackmamba 02-22-2011 11:09 PM

cool video , but it would be a better if he didn t do it for a living !! still very impressive tho

Rocks 02-22-2011 11:24 PM

Nice video, I like the hook in his hand without the knife, would have saved me a few cuts, for sure.

i just bought one from halford hide ...$ 15.00.

slough shark 02-22-2011 11:45 PM

That guy is so fast it is absurd, I'd still be working on the 1st quarter lol. I may have to get a meat hook as that seems like it would save the fingers a lot. My fingers always get rather cold taking care of a deer usually as often times the deer is semi-frozen. Hopefully that would take a good chunk of time off my processing time.

Wow .... WOW!!!! that guy can drink mojitoes if he wants!

Good video

I was going to say the same thing. Sure shows how buying good steel and knowing how to sharpen it properly can make a job like this easier. Something I must consider before next season.

Alberta Bigbore 02-23-2011 08:06 AM

Great posting!!

Justanotherbuck2 02-23-2011 08:14 AM

What a great video, nice to see a guy that is great at what he does for a living, even with the impressive speed the bones are super cleaned, I'm certainly not anywhere near that speed, maybe an hour on my best day.

ShawnM 02-23-2011 09:39 AM

That's a fun video to watch. He's got a few years of practice behind him I think! If you want your sausage meat fast he's the guy to see!

Bigtoad 02-23-2011 09:56 AM

Freaking surgical.

shakeyleg02 02-23-2011 10:22 AM

yep he is good ..i can do one in about 15 mins also ..spent a few years in the meat business

GREENGUN 02-23-2011 12:06 PM

x2 That meat hook is a great idea... keeps the fingers away from the knife, a guy could realy speed up, and more time to drink. The guy is good.
