New RFMA application form
 

Does anyone have a copy of the RFMA application form that the biologists are using the NE.

I remember seeing one a couple of months ago but I can't seem to track it down. I tried calling the area biologist and let me tell you she is a real treat.....

The old form, pre 2016 was a one page simple form, new one released in 2016 is 6 pages and must add your First Born. Then with all negotiations with ATA not sure what is final document now. I would check with ATA or F & W office.
