2010 Mule score??
 

Shot on nov 11th and I think he is nice size. Out of 5 shootable bucks on the field i took the biggest one after 4 days of glassing them. take a look and see what everyone thinks he will score in at. He is 25" wide and nice and heavy. And should i mount him? I have a 187 on the wall now and im not sure if he is big enough too bother. I'm thinking he is about a 160" but then again Im not good as scoring mule by looking like i can white

i'd say your pretty close. I would bracket him between 160 and 165. Nice deer. Let me know what he is if ya get a tape on him.

i think he would gross score around the 170 mark. nice box frame.

I'd personally mount him regardless of score....it's just a number. He's got a nice respectable 4x4 frame and he'd be off to the taxidermist but that's just me.

gross 170 IMO....would i get him Taxi'd? depends how rich im feeling at the time, but id prolly just do a european mount myself...but dont let that influence you...

with the nice dark antlers that would look good

I finally got a tape on him and he came in at 163" with just over an inch in deductions.. going to do a European mount on him at most.. so if someone needs a cape I have one for sale...

Ok I took him in for the fish and game score night and the final score after deductions was 166 3/4.. that's better and he will be shoulder mounted not European

Yea before this year my biggest mule deer was 165" and I was kind of kicking myself for not getting him mounted, I say good choice! What did he gross? doesnt look like very many deductions, nice even deer. Congrats on a good looking buck!
