hatches on the elbow/glenmore res

Hey all:

I"m very new to flyfishing, but I was wondering what type of hatches, or
patterns would be effective for trout this time of year? Are there many bugs still hatching at all, or am I pretty late in the season? Where I usually go, I tend to see lots of trout surfacing for flies, but I have no idea for what kind, and they are to stubborn to take lures!

Any insight would be appreciated. :)

A simple google search of hatch charts is all you need :)

I'm really surprised the CGY flyfishing community isn't tripping over itself to spoon feed a jewellery chucker helpful info with such a non-threatening forum handle and all.:snapoutofit:

Check the fish tales web site or country pleasures ect.See the fishing reports the hatches come and go like changing your under wear if you do lol.Chances are the fish you are seeing are eating emergers. The hatches are comeing off daily and nightly but the fish are hit and miss maybe stick it out with your jewellery.
