Last Minute Bailers - Now where to fish
 

Our buddies bailed last minute and tomorrow's fishing trip up north is off. So we need a new plan, we're in from out of town, in edmonton, all geared up for pike, got brand new lures, licences and all with no where to go. Anyone have any suggestions? Prefer shore fishing, though we'll rent a boat if need be, just nothing too expensive.

I'm not sure about boat rentals, but Wabamun is a good shot for pike. I haven't shore fished it yet, but I'm sure somebody here can chime in soon and let you in on where to go on shore.

Coal Lake is another good one for pike, and shore fishing there is pretty decent as well.
