Looking for Ballistic Helmet sales in Canada?

Hi fellow outdoorsmen,

I'm looking for a Ballistic helmet for an upcoming crse. I know, I know before you ask me (like my wife does a dozen times during the day) I've done the "Google thing search" already. I get a military discount at a few places on line but I don't want to break the bank, sell my house, wife, or God forbid my truck.
Does anyone know of a place or two that I may have missed on line? I've already look at the top end places on line already in Canada.

Cheers!

Up coming "crse" (course)
It's just a Military related shooting and scooting tactics course.

Made of genuine replica Kevlar?

Not sure if safety equipment is the stuff I'd be looking to buy from Ebay or Alibaba, especially for ballistic protection

Here's an IDF ballistic helmet for $325.

This is an airsoft helmet...a plastic copy...most definitely not Kevlar.

Thanks for the quote.
For personal reasons I would rather purchase on my own dime.
And yes the Military does supply gear, but not specified gear that I require....
I'm looking for not the issue Canadian Military helmet but the after market style.
Thanks again though.

Have you looked at what the local companies have available? ie. Tactical Innovations and 911 Supply, both are located in Calgary.

Queen Redford made a bunch of laws regarding ballistic vests before she was dethroned. Not sure if it covers other ballistic protection. If you connect with: Quartermaster store that used to be in Morinville (moved to westlock area couple years back) or CTOMS in south Edmonton thy might help. Good luck.
