Wax dirt
Does anyone have any wax dirt for sale? Didn’t think I was going to do any footholds this year but the coyotes are to bad around the farm and have dogs so I don’t want to use snares. Thanks

Wax dirt? Not sure what you mean.
If it's loose dirt for bedding your traps, an Ant hill could be your answer. They are the last thing to freeze down because they have a natural antifreeze in the dirt. I'm not sure what keeps them from freezing but I know they don't freeze until the temps drop below -5 and when they do freeze they are not as hard as the dirt around the hill. |

Wax dirt is powder wax melted into dirt, sand ideally, Waterproof and freeze proof. Can be done in summer with hot sun or cement mixer and torch. Heard some use an oven.
Almost bomb proof. We normally carry the power/pellets. |
Thanks guys I will try the 1/2 & 1/2 with anti freeze.

Been around say 20 years... nope. Was around prior to 1992. But ya, it's only been around for like 32 years+
I could tell ya'll a really neat story about how pellet/powder wax came into it's own in the market, but I have an ad deadline to make tonite for a really really really really nice man. |
