Triple Crown, Triple barrel shotgun

There is a sports store in Stettler that is taking orders on this triple barrel shotgun. Just wondering if anybody currently owns one or knows somebody that does, and how "top/front heavy" it is when shouldered. And just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this beast!

Seems like a pretty cool gun, and with a 28" barrel and 3 different chokes all in at the same time, it seems like it would be an excellent sporting clays gun!

Then for duck hunting... Again the benefits of having 3 different chokes in!

People ask me why I would want this, I reply "Why not!"

Its my first time uploading pictures so if it does not work, forgive me!

Seems like perfectly reasonable reason to me

What's the price on something like that?

rigger338 03-31-2014 10:20 PM

Canadian tire in cold lake has at least 3 of them in stock, maybe more but I didnt ask, very cool looking, but for $1900 I passed on them. BTW they have tons of firearms on display, and shelves stocked with a good selection of shells. First place that i have seen stocking .22 long

Well my Benelli SBEII is 7.3 lbs so at 8.7 lbs it might not be as heavy as one may think..... :scared:

Frontier has the triple threat for $1600, but the barrels are too short.

Barton's up in GP has one on the shelf. Their asking $1700

There are two versions of this riffle. The Triple Crown (which I couldn't help myself and bought) and the Triple threat. The triple crown is much longer. The triple threat is shorter and part of the butt can be disconnected so it has a pistol grip. I paid 1800$ Cold lake canadian tire had both models.

Hopefully I uploaded this picture correctly

Either one of those would be cool in a collection, but I can't see myself picking one up until I got enough money to become a collector... looks awesome though
