Fox issue on acerage
 
He got 4 of my 9 laying hens this morn.coop is "fort knoxed" now. choked as their pets to me An my kids.got the live trap with one of the dead hens chopped up in peices around it as I read to not to go right to puttin bait inside it first try. shot hundreds of Yotes predator calling An what not An a few foxes but never had to deal with one this way.any help from you guys would be great.these birds cost alota $ and my kids love em.an I love the eggs.

Ps..I know it's a fox cause I caught him in the act as I heard the commotion at 5am this morn An ran out An managed to save a hen it let go..

Sorry about your hens! We saw fox tracks around our coop last winter so I set up on old trail cam. Sure enough, 4am, Reddy fox was there. It was an old camera with the red glow infrared, and it must have spooked him by the look on his face! Never seen him since, but shortly after that a fox was hit on the road near here. You can get those boxes with LED eyes that shine at night and are supposed to freak out any nefarious infidels. I'd like to try em.
