Just so you know the willy j vest has been a dream to use for 5 years. I mostly use it together. But have used just the vest part once or twice. The back pack has got to be the best designed backpack I have ever seen. From the external metal frame that keeps the pack off your back to help keep you cool when its hot outside. The belt that keeps the load off your shoulders and on your hips is great. You wont fit your waders in the pack but a jacket bottles of water or a water bladder and lunch. Plus some survival gear. I broke a zipper which they replaced at no charge to me other than shipping to them. Zingers are indestructible. Best vest I have ever used. You will love it
