Nordegg trapline for sale

I have a 50% ownership of a line northwest of Nordegg that I’m selling. It’s a true mountain line with two cabins in gorgeous locations. Wolf, wolverine, lynx, marten, coyote and fox. Traps included.

$30,000. Everything is a 50/50 split with the existing partner.

This is a real good line IF you want to be a wolf trapper.

Nice country.

Price is very reasonable for quality mountain line with good cabins. I know the area well, hunted elk and sheep in the Blackstone country for years, had lots of timber few years back, so fur production should be good if trees not gone.

Seems very reasonable but I have a question, who would be the Senior Holder on the line as far as I'm aware there can only be one? With everything going on lately this would be a concern for me! Thanks

Yeah, it’s a great location. They haven’t pulled any timber off of it before and I doubt they would. SRD has done some controlled burns for wildlife habitat and pine beetles.
There is only one senior partner and he is the contact on the kijiji ad. Everything operates as a 50/50 partnership and both partners act as equals.

looks like some gorgeous country. Very reasonable price as well. Wishing I was further along in my career closer to retirement. I'd be interested for sure. Just too busy farming fish at present to take that opportunity on. Someone will snap it up fast though I would expect.
