Trijicon Credo Scope

I bought a new rifle so naturally I require a scope to go with it. I'm planning on using it for hunting, so don't need a high powered unit, but would like FFP, 30 mm tube, and reasonably affordable, around $1,500.00. I've considered the PST II, Sightron S-Tac, and Trijicon Credo. Anyone on here have experience with the Credo, or other suggestions that I'm missing? Thanks.

Personally I find a FFP scope too fine at lower magnification.

If I would be spending $1500 on a scope it would be a NF SHV 2.5-10x42 with capped turrets and MOAR reticle.

Arken ELP 4-16 and Athlon Helos 2-12 have seemed to do fairly well, or at least as well as the options you have put up. Credo has been put through ringer by some guys on Rokslide but seem hard to source in Canada. Meopro Optika6 3-18 has done very well.

Agree with this one other than exposed turrets and zero stop with the Mil-r reticle.
If I wanted capped turrets and more reticle with SFP the 3.5-10 SHV is a great scope that is rugged.

Have a Sightron, S-Tac 3-16x42ffpzsirmh, SKU26017, it is a heavier reticle than the other two FFP's I have, not too bad at 4x, you can see it there ok as a x-hair, glass is good in low light, has an illuminated Mrad Mil Hash reticle, zero stops, 10yd parallax works quite well for under 1K. Not terrible weight wise. Turrets are not capped, but, I've not encountered issues with that. Seems to me Sightron is LOW or Japan Optics builds, no beefs with this one.
