calgary bow zone
 

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone is having any luck calling in moose in the Calgary bow zone yet. Ive been out trying the last few weekends with no luck. Just wondering if the moose rut has started around Calgary yet.

Should be able to call them in now...prior to now was a bit early.

Called in two calves and a big solo cow on Thursday.

Called in a good bull on the 26th in the bow zone. Mix it up with cow calls and bull grunts - he came in on a string, even though he already had two cows with him already... i think it was the bull grunts that got him aggressive and defensive enough to leave his cows, but I’m not an expert like some other guys in here.
