SportHuntingHelp 01-12-2013 07:03 AM

Don't know much about it but I am registered. Going for the experience more than anything. Look forward to seeing you all there.

Antelopeous 01-12-2013 02:51 PM

I just registered but when i was done registration, it said 2012? Did i miss something? How long before i get a confirmation e-mail or something

Rambo Assasin 01-13-2013 09:03 AM

You didn't miss anything, I think the congrats page just didn't get changed. You should get confirmation fairly quick. About 250 register in a week makes for a lot of work to get back to everyone.

I believe senior is 50 plus and mbr is four fixed pins and short stabilizer. Usually follows fca group rules. You can send an email to caaa@shaw.ca with questions. There might be more info on the website also.

Hunter Class is 4 fixed pins, single stabilizer less than 12" and insets in arrows. Also no electronics on bow.

Bowhunter Release (BHR) for fca or Male Bowhunter Release (MBR) for IBO has the same stipulations. Multiple fixed pins of equal diameter, no magnification, and any/all stabilizers allowed. Pin illumination is allowed but sight magnification is not allowed.

BHO(fca) or BHO (IBO) anything is allowed however there are a few limitations.. no vbars longer than 12" and sight distance from bow is limited to 12". this is the class with all the tricked out stuff usually.

In M50 (Masters 50) and M60 (Masters 60) you must be at least that age by december 31 of 2013 and there is no equipment classification it all is allowed.

thrude1 01-17-2013 08:03 AM

no hunter class

I believe that at the mother there is only mbo(open), mbr (release) and mbf (fingers). no hun class at all. they can do this as it is not a sanctioned shoot so they can have whatever classes they want but its still fun. basically it comes down to if you have a lens and release you shoot "mbo" and if you have no lens and no release you shoot "mbf" everyone else shoots "mbr" regardless of number of pins or stabilizer length.

camokid 01-26-2013 08:24 AM

Yup yup going to a fantastic shoot cant wait to see you all there

rdacbowtech 01-27-2013 07:54 AM

The Mother

Just wanted to give everyone an update, the 9:20 and 10:40 flights are full. Still have room at 8:00 and 12:00. Have 400+ shooters registered so far, so if you want to come please register asap. We are capping it at 600 this year.

If you want to shoot as a group please send an email to caaa@shaw.ca with the names of the people in the group. Must have all people registering at the same time as well. Unfortunately I can't group you with someone that registered a few days ago.

Rambo Assasin 02-19-2013 11:05 PM

Just picked up a load of new rhinehart targets to supplement the existing supply. Should make each course better and give us some new options for your enjoyment!
