I'd say. Spent many many days out there over the past 10 years and have seen 1 moose. Lol loads of moose sign tho. Every where I walk in I see Moose sign, big prints small prints medium prints. Literally, walk in 10 feet from the road and you'll find a moose track. The one Moose I seen at the shell plant was a legitimate book Moose, I've seen a lot of moose on film and pictures with size comparisons to people and this Moose had a monster rack, it was phenomenal.

If you told me I had a 15 priority and I had to shoot that Moose, I'd not at all be able to wipe the smile from my face. This thing was magazine worthy as far as Canadian Moose go.

I know i wont be there or on weekend too. Will be taking course. Will go out there in 2 weeks & bag the BIG HUGE BULL. Still need to bag a moose or elk with my new SAVAGE! ( 1 shot!! 1 Kill!!). Those moose were just outside south of Caroline on monday and made it that far today(By Shell). Keep me posted if any one bags 1.

Good on you full time, although I don't hunt in that area it's nice to see you give a fellow hunter a good chance at filling a moose tag.

fulltime pops 11-26-2015 06:49 PM

Needs to be more info on sightings of wild game! On this forum... even more communication out on the road hunting with other hunters instead of the quick wave...

Talking moose 11-26-2015 07:12 PM

So you want to bag that big bull in 2 weeks but here you are giving gps coordinates to it? Lol. Can't tell if serious post or not... Lol

fulltime pops 11-26-2015 07:23 PM

More wild game out there.... quote!... the post i said if anyone bags one let us know.... im pretty sure i know what direction there gonna head... scouted the area and know it very well.... atv it or walk it. Not everyone is a winner... you win some you lose some...another day another place.... its Canada sunny boi!!! 😃

And leave the Camo at home wear the Orange; others will be out....your not the moose your the hunter!!! SAFETY FIRST!!!

waterninja 11-26-2015 07:25 PM

You know, it's kind of nice that the OP is excited about seeing these Moose, and took the time to give such a detailed location of where he saw them. I have to think that he is not used to seeing moose, and figured he would help out another member that is looking for one. Well done.

deerguy 11-27-2015 01:48 PM

There is gunshots all the time out there. Sometimes it seems like people go out there spec just to shoot their gun all day in the same spot, it's bizarre
