Jack Kempf passed
Long time Bowyer and Alberta Icon Jack Kempf passed away peacefully yesterday afternoon.
For many years he donated a Bow to the Alberta Bowhunters Association Banquet for a raffle prize. He will be missed. |
Very sad news, my condolences to his friends and family. I only had the pleasure of meeting Jack once; he was a very nice and knowledgeable person.

So sad to hear.
I had the pleasure of meeting him with my daughter at his home when we went over the details of my bow build. His basement was a "wonderland" of archery items, old photos and wood samples. He was such a kind soul. He made a lasting impression on both myself and my daughter. This is sad day. Thoughts and prayers to his family and the people who knew him well RIP |
