Interesting - I tried to read some stuff on Certiorari in Canada and particularly in reference to "Natural Justice" - it certainly exists here but once, things got a bit too thick for me, I gave up.
I expect that Ian Runkle could do a video on it as it applies to the current situation in Canada if he hasn't already.
