Truck Driving Jobs - Calgary?

Anyone know of anyone looking for a driver?

My brother was just laid off. He has many, many years of driving exp (road construction, short haul, long haul, doubles). He is in a bad way right now. Considering my mom's condition right now, he would like to find something that allows him to check in on her.

Shoot me a pm in anyone knows of anything. Thanks.

I don't work anymore but the last time I looked and from experience there are lots of driving jobs out there. Tell him to go on line to find trucking out fits and start phoning. I bet he has an interview by the end of the week.

There's a demand for drivers in the Peace country.

I guarantee he HAS been looking and applying. Unfortunately I think he is getting a bit depressed and has not responded to my calls. He has already run into the age issue (he's 50). Lots don't seem to be interested in a 50 year old with a bad back.

Thanks for the leads to those who PMd.

Trican is hiring like crazy. He wouldn't be working in Calgary, but he could do whatever he chooses on days off.

go see SLH

I'll pass on Trican to him.
