I suggest you contact the Wild Sheep Foundation, I have seen some of the reproductions they have had done on high ranking rams and they are amazing. Very difficult to tell they are not the real original animal. If fact I had to confirm with the booth attendant that it was in fact a reproduction.

A large mouth would be fun to paint. Post some pics.

This guy would be my first choice. When I hit my big steelhead (or any big fish) he will be doing them for sure. Although there is one other guy I would use and that's Tyler Erickson with Top Notch Taxidermey out of South Dakota. When I get my big Lake Winnipeg greenback he will be doing it. Ive never seen anyone be able to replicate the colour of them like he has. He also does deadly perch.

What info would you need to do the reproduction Headwaters?

Typically its just length, girth, species and display choice. My signature has my website, there is a contact form on the quote page which has a number of standard questions. That would probably be the easiest.

Cheers.

Took a peek at his website.
This guy is doing some amazing work. His fish mounts look great and raptors are stunning.
