You sir are an artist.

Nice, but barbs?
|
Always debarb after. Just the way I tie.

Flies
Awesome job.

We are taking pictures of them, not fishing them with a barb on:thinking-006: |
Awesome Job! Really clean flies!
|
Before or after
Prefer before myself as it sucks to have one break while pinching it down just after the flies been completed ...... great patterns

I only fish stocked ponds so I keep what I catch. Removing barbs in this case is a moot point.

Awesome ties! I haven't done many dries yet so pretty envious of the skills. I'm inspired. :)

Some mighty fine bugs ya got there Lornce

Great ties! :)

Nice work Lornce,
Been tying a few Wolff’s lately. Are you using tail or calf fur on your wings for coachmen’s? Where’s a guy get his hands on calf fur ? |

Might as well
Wow, those are beautiful flies. I wish you were my fishing partner.
|
Very nice work right there. I debarb first also as I find it easier for slipping a bead head on. Tied a few dozen big number 2 black stones for the Crow anticipating June.
Great winter past time. |
