Hit up another new lake in search of perch

Missed my limit by a few, released some small ones but it's freezing out playing this run and gun without my hut (tent set up just slows me down). I've had enough especially considering my winter gear (pants, coat, heavy boots) were all left at work.

Nice haul, it's a great feeling when you work hard and it pays off! Good for you!

Nice catch. I never considered putting my pop up tent to time consuming, but if you change locations a lot then it gets to be a hassle.

I drill 3 holes per stop, ones a tip up the others I fish with a jigging rap tipped with some worms switching if one dies down. I moved 3 times before I even got a bite then another 4+ times chasing them around lol all that and I only fished for 4hrs ! Im very impatient.........tent would of got to me lol

Good to see you had some luck out there. Not easy to find keeper size perch in this neck of the woods.
