He's retired, and could do a trip to the states to get one....correction...WOULD do a trip to the states to get one if we canucks must wait until the yanks get their fill?...if its a decent option?

Is this a viable option for him? He wants a low sn #...what options do yee fair gun nuts figure he has to get one asap?

He can't go buy one, it's illegal. Get him to contact the link that Sakoalberta put up a while ago for the broker in Montana. That's the only way to do it that I can think of. Are they even available for sale yet? I thought I heard early 2008 but could be wrong.

And yeah...not sure they are out yet but my friend is doing everything he can to get on any sort of waiting list, willing to put money down etc....he really wants one of the first ones to arrive here....he'll be going for a classic wood/blued in .270 i'm pretty sure.
