Red Deer River.
 

Going to be in Red Deer tomorrow and wouldn’t mind checking out the river. Has anyone been out, and how has the fishing been lately? Thank you.

I fished the Red Deer River a week or two ago, not in the city but upstream by the Penhold bridge and further upstream by Dickson Dam. Water was low which made some spots that should have been good, not very good. Found some nice structure near Penhold bridge but I think the water was just too low. We caught a couple walleye at Dickson but we really had to work for them. The road over the dam was closed so we couldn't check out the area by the spillway, but probably too shallow over that way.
