Just looked at the Access Channel website, trying to figure out if I get that channel, or not (I don't watch much tv). Looks like the debate will follow immediately after the Ellen Degeneres show, so most of the guys from here should already be tuned in........(jk!!) I'll be watching for sure, the debate that is, not Ellen.

Having read the story on the guy, I'm worried for huntinstuff because I don't think it's possible to have any real debate with someone like that without coming across as a horrid person. IE, "Oh, Martha, look at him feed it to that poor innocent guy who was doing NOTHING at all and got hit by some stray fire, oh, god, guns are evil."

Huntinstuff: "Well, actually, most of the . . ."

"Oh, look at the poor crippled man."

Be careful when you go in there. I know you're a very well respected member of hte AO community, our voice, and IIRC, a LEO, but . . it never hurts to tell someone to be careful. It smells to me like there is no way for the pro-gun person to come out on top, they chose their person well.

I've every faith in ya, just saying..

Esp since this guy doesn't seem to be adverse to using 'Hey, I'm disabled!' as a crutch when logic fails.

Be Careful Huntinstuff:

First, you have ABSCESS(my spelling), a liberal feel good station that will stack the deck against you.

Second, you will probably have some gun hating feminazi that won't give you much time to answer a question, and will probably side with your adversary.

Third, Your adversary will probably try to argue based on emotion rather than facts. Every lie produced by the CGC will probably be brought out.

30-30 brought out a typical example.

Should any of us fellow AO members not like how Huntinstuff is treated, I urge you to file a formal complaint with the CBSC below in order to show that people are sick of biased news.

Just like I said, I'm worried. It really smells like a stacked deck and a setup so that even if huntinstuff wins the debate by logic, they can paint gun owners/users as *******s who would apparently stomp all over a crippled person/be immune to his suffering, etc.

They REALLY chose the opponent well to stack the deck.
