Thank you to all you great fellas who have stepped up to help Ian out. All of us are a minute away from tragedy, and a guy never knows what's coming down the pike. Kudos to you all. AO at its very finest.

Thanks to Jim,

Item # 30

I have a PSE Bow Madness compound with all the fixings. Whisker biscuit, two sights, release, and quiver with five carbon arrows to fit. Package comes in a padded case.
A bit late in the season, but should work for even a back-up bow, or a great starter kit for someone.
I'll see about getting the pics off to someone to post. Let's say 100.00 to start, and the winner can contact me after the auction, and I'll cover the ride too.

Started at $125 by Deadeye2u, will go to Monday 12:00 Noon. Minimum $10 bid increments, please.

I have asked for the weight, draw length, etc.

From Jim:

Bow comes with whisker biscuit, release, attachable quiver, two sights, and carbon arrows(5; count not originally listed)
I cant find anything on the limbs to state draw weight, but the cam is adjustable for pull and draw length. Havent used it in a year or two but IIRC, it was a sixty lb. setting at the time. The arrow shafts are 26", but the biscuit is set up as an over-draw, and there is a string loop to attach the release to

KegRiver 10-13-2019 10:13 AM

Thanks JBE for the winning bid on that press.

And thanks for getting in touch. I hope to see you in a couple of weeks, with the press, if I don't ship it down via my friend.

KegRiver 10-13-2019 10:18 AM

I wonder if Ian has any relatives up this way?

I was thinking, I know that name from somewhere, then it occurred to me why. It's one of my long time friends last name.

I wonder if they are related. It would make sense, she is top shelf, and an avid outdoorswoman. Not to mention, pretty hot. :)

Hey, late to the party here, but I think Ken may have missed my post and I didn't really check back after Sunday afternoon. Though, looking at my post, I didn't really specify the # in my post, I only quoted a previous post for that item.

That said, as alpineguy has already sent the etransfer, I'm ok letting them go.

alpineguy 10-14-2019 04:53 PM

Well as this is a fundraising event and it becomes money lost to the person most in need.
MoFugger......if you want the tickets for $250 they are yours. I can send an additional $40 to Ian (so he gets the full $250) and you can pay me the $250 and I can transfer them when I receive them from Okotok.
Alternately I will keep the tickets but still send Ian the $40 extra

If you're willing to match the $250, then absolutely they're all yours! To be honest I was just trying to up the bid more for Ian and didn't expect it to hold up.

alpineguy 10-14-2019 05:18 PM

$40 etransfer sent
I appreciate this because my daughter is a HUGE Flames fan.....we usually don't get seats this good!!
