What are you looking to trade it in for? Another jet boat? Car? Trailer? I would think most boat shops that sell used boats would consider it, but like most trade ins you're likely going to receive well under market price....they need to make a lift off it.

Along these lines, what's the best way to buy a small used jet boat?

I've been delaying buying a lot of toys until the economy slowed and in this little economic dip, I figure it may finally be the time to pick up a few things.

Maybe the guys in Gibbons, they are about the only ones I can think of.

I was talking to cars rv in Leduc about there thunder jets. And mentioned I needed to sell my jet boat before I bought another, and they wanted me to trade my boat in. But of course low balled me so bad they won't get my business

The best way is to save up and have cash in hand, but that's really hard to do! The one thing I found out when I bought my boat is that the bank don't lend money if the boat is over so many years old. Which also suck when you are selling a boat to. I used my line of credit, find I tend to make extra payments on the line of credit.
