Ideas for left over 4x8 sheet of 2mm clear lexan/polycarbonate?
I ordered a few sheets of 2mm clear solid polycarbonate from Grainger to make some DIY storm windows and cover my smoker table to protect it from the elements. I still have one 4x8 sheet left over.
Any ideas on what to use it for? Google search didn't reveal much other than picture frame covers and greenhouse/roofing but 2mm is too flimsy for anything structural. |

I had some leftover lexan from making window well hoods. The narrow strips I use to replace the paper thin metal strip on snow shovels.

lexan
Lightweight portable cutting boards for the truck tailgate. I have a couple I use side by side to cover the tailgate and have processed a whole elk on them. One has held up and one has a bit of a "banana" piece broken off. Any my lexan was used when I got it.
